Real Estate Postcard Design Services
How it Works
We offer Just Listed, Just Sold, Farming, Recruiting, or many other types of postcard design, including Jumbo Postcards (8.5" x 5.5"), or Standard Postcards (5.5" x 4.25"), give you a proof to see, then once you approve it you can have the cards sent automatically to an address list (additional fee applies), or have the cards printed and shipped to you directly, 24 hour overnight delivery available at an additional cost. We offer printing at a per piece price and you can order as little as 50 cards. Bulk rates are available if you choose to have the cards printed & mailed out individually.
If you have a local print shop near you, Delray Computer can design files that we can send directly to your local store to print and all you have to do is stop in and pick them up!! You may also choose to print the cards yourself, you can get two postcards for every 8.5" x 11" piece of paper you use, or 4 if you choose the small 4.25" x 5.5" postcards, front and back. Why Send Real Estate Postcards?
Seasonal, Farming, Just Listed and Just Sold Postcards... all are an important tool in prospecting potential buyers or sellers. An effective postcard sent to the right neighborhood can bring you immediate results. We have made many different types of cards including just listed cards, just sold cards, looking for a buyer/seller postcards, and even monthly postcards just as reminders that you are there!

POSTCARDS WORK. You WILL get results if you farm neighborhoods with postcards and/or newsletters. Delray Computer makes both. We do work for Realtors® and are a one-stop shop for design and delivery of postcards, door hangers, calendars, business cards and other mailings. You send us the information, pictures, logos, etc. that you want on the card. We make the card and email or fax you a proof, usually within 24-48 hours.

Our Fulfillment Options include:
- Have postcards printed and sent directly to you at your home or office in as little as 24 hours
(once they arrive you would need to add labels and stamps yourself)
- Have us email final postcard design files to your local FedEx/Kinko's store to print and you pick them up
- Have us email final postcard design files to you directly so you can print them yourself
- Have postcards printed and sent via US Mail & delivered automatically to a group of addresses/address list you have already
- Have postcards printed and sent via US Mail & delivered automatically to an address file we create for you
(we can make address files by using zip code, town or city name, by individual street names you provide, or to certian neighborhoods)
You may also choose to print the cards yourself. We can email or mail you on cd/dvd (additional fee applies) the output files you will need. You can get two postcards for every 8.5" x 11" piece of paper you use, or 4 if you choose the small 4.25" x 5.5" postcards, front and back. We can provide you any of the following output file formats for printing: pdf, tif, jpg, png, prn, pm7, indd, svg, xml, eps, psd, psb, pcx, pdp, raw, pct, pict, pxr, sct, tga, and many others.
We can also take floor plans and make them into files for use in postcards, brochures, and for use on web pages. Ask us about samples of floorplans we converted into digital files for print and for web advertising. Professional Digital Photography is available as well.
No Set-up Fee
Delray Computer has no setup fees. Whether we charge a flat rate or by the hour, our fee includes design and a initial proof via email or fax. Revisions and ordering postcards for you incur an hourly fee. To avoid additional fees you can upload the files for printing yourself. This fee is for our design services and does not include printing. All services are rendered on a first come first serve basis, with a usual turnaround time of 3 days or less (sometimes 24 hours).
Gathering Content
Photos and text comprise the majority of the space on a postcard. You can use any given layout or template you choose, or have us design a design for you. We can make custom graphics based on layouts you provide, whether they be simple drawings, or complicated art work. We also can provide free of charge clip art, stock photos, and more.
Creating Text
Delray Computer offers professional writing and publishing services for all of your postcard needs. With experience writing copy for newspaper ads, newsletters, Internet web sites, postcards, brochures, scripts, and television docudramas, we can easily create a well thought out design with accurately edited content.

Utilizing various graphic software to create original images, we have the ability to create designs for use in your postcard. We offer vector or bitmap graphic creation as well as high-resolution print design.

Output Files
Once the materials have been gathered the actual production process takes place. We use only licensed registered software by Adobe, Macromedia, and others. Some of the software titles include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others. The end result is a professional looking design catered to your individual needs.
Here at Delray Computer we have two choices to receive final output files from us:
Email (preferred method)
CD via US Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other carrier.
Shipping rates are not included and for USPS postcards as of 7-2009 are...
~ 28 cents for 6.1" x 4.75"
~ 44 cents for 8˝" x 5˝"
Postcard Printing Prices
Prices include overnight shipping. Prices are per piece. Minimum order of $45.00.
Prices do not include design fees.
