Simply provide us with (or have us create from scratch) your contact information, pictures, logos, text, property photos, slogans, etc. that you want on the advertising materials and we do the design and layout first. Then we email or fax you a proof, usually within 24-48 hours. We revise layout to your exact specifications and and upon final approval of the design, choose fulfillment option three below and we take care of the rest!!
Automated Fulfillment Option
We can order postcards for you and have them delivered automatically via the USPS.
Postcard are delivered pre-addressed with your clients address, your return address, and pre-metered postage:
- You do not have to apply labels or postage
- You do not have to print any materials yourself
- Materials can be delivered automatically to addresses based on a list of streets using a zip code you provide us
- Materials can be delivered automatically to addresses based on a electronic list you provide us
- Materials can be delivered on a periodic basis, usually weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually/yearly
- We accept Excel, Word, Palm Desktop, Outlook, and Outlook Express address files
- We accept xls, dba, mdb, dbf, txt, doc, rtf, db, asc, and xml address files
- We accept xlt, txt, csv, wk1, wk3, wk4, dbf, prn, dif, slk, htm, html and other address files
